Evaluating and disseminating meeting in Wielspin Ośrodek Rehabilitacyjno-Wypoczynkowy, Wagrowiec, Poland is one of the final tasks of our project. We meet to summarize the project, to exchange experiences and good practices; evaluate solutions and discuss the strategy for extending the project duration.
